To avoid delays with your booking request, please ensure you have filled out our waiver form for your event. Our waiver forms are available on our prices page.
For popcorn & cotton candy machine rentals: Indoor use preferred or must be sheltered and have access to a safe source of electricity. Our rental equipment is not available to smoking households. Pickup and delivery is handled by us, this is non-negotiable. You must provide a safe and secure table for this unit, and it must not be moved once we set it there. Any rental user who damages the equipment will be held responsible for the replacement value of our equipment. Pickup and drop off is included in costs within 15 minutes distance each direction from our store. *There is a 48 hour hold on deposits, the purpose of the deposit is to avoid damage and misuse of our rental equipment. Though we do not expect any misuse, we need to ensure our repairs can be covered should they occur*
