Rules & Regulations

There must be attendant present when children are in or around the bouncy castle.
Keep the number of children in the bouncy castle at or below the number indicated on the Safety Rules. Never put too many children inside the bouncy castle at any one time. Please group children by age, size, or height.
No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, toys, or objects of any kind.
No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, or silly string in the bounce house. These items can cause permanent damage to the bouncy castle.
No wrestling, tumbling, or flipping. Serious back, neck, or knee injuries can occur.
No climbing on the netting or walls of the bouncy castle or pulling the bounce castle down.
No pets allowed in or around the bounce house. They can damage the bouncy castle.
No fire or fireworks near the bounce house.
Do not move the bounce house from the set-up location.
Do not allow kids to play behind the bouncy castle or around the blower.
Rental is for a maximum of 4 hours.
Our rental equipment is not to be used around smoking and or pets.
Pickup and delivery is handled by us, this is non negotiable.
You must provide a safe and secure flat area which we can tarp and weigh down the castle safely and it must not be moved once we set it there.
Any rental user who damages the equipment will be held responsible for the replacement value of our equipment.
Pickup and drop off is included within with 15 Minutes distance each direction. (Out of town bookings require approval and may have an added travel cost.)

Please limit 6 kids at a time in the unit
Weight limit per child is 75 pounds each
Or a combined weight of no more than 450lbs
Kid's height (min/max) 36"/72"
The age limit is 3 and up
No flipping
No jewelry or sharp objects
No rough play
Overall max weight in the unit is 450 pounds
Do not operate any inflatable in 25 km/h winds or more
Never play in the inflatable when it's raining

The renter of the bouncy castle is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants in and around the bounce castle at all times. The safety of all participants is the responsibility of the person supervising. Safety rules need to be read and understood by all people supervising. Participants should not, at any time, be allowed to do anything that is prohibited by the safety rules. Disregard of the safety rules may result in physical injuries to participants or damage to the bouncy castle.

I understand that LK Party Rentals & supplies rules have been implemented for the safety of all participants and I have explained the rules to all children participating in bounce castle activities. I understand that children's failure to follow LK Party Rentals & supplies rules could result in damage, expense, injury or death.
Check Box For Acknowledgement - I agree and parents/guardians of my guests agree to GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO SUE LK Party Rentals & supplies for any damage, expense, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death that I, my children, my guests or my family estate may suffer as a result of participation in the use of LK Party Rentals & supplies or devices, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. I and parents/guardians all agree to waive any and all claims had or may have in the future against LK Party Rentals & supplies and to RELEASE LK Party Rentals & Supplies FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any damage, expense, injury, or death.
